If there is a defect with the product then we're here to help you return it for either a refund or an exchange; within these conditions:
1. You will have to notify us of the return within 7 days of delivery, via email: orders@espyonline.co.za. You will have to send the products back to us within 10 days of receipt.
3. Any product that is kept longer than the days above will be deemed as used goods, and will not be eligible for a refund or return.
